Project Manager - Wayne Jobe

Food and Drink Manager: Responsible for breakfast and lunch.

Games Manager: Recruits volunteers to run games such as golf poker, closest to the pin, hole in one, inside the circle, straightest drive, and longest drive.

Sponsor Solicitation Manager: Manager determines what sponsors to solicit and mails letters to each prospective sponsor. Collects donations or merchandise and assures sponsors receive proper recognition and thanks when prizes are awarded.

Raffle Tickets Manager: Supervises the selling of raffle tickets by Kiwanians and Key Clubbers at Brookshire's in Lindale.

Signs and Course Set-Up Manager:The manager is responsible for placing the Sponsors signs on the two courses played and setting up the course to monitor games.

Players and Registration Manager: Tracks the players who sign up and their handicaps, assigns players to teams and teams to flights by handicap. Teams are assigned to a starting hole and golf cart.

Publicity Manager: Responsible for the use of billboards, TV and newspapers to gain as much publicity as possible.
