COUNTRYFEST AUCTION

Each year at the Lindale Countryfest, the Kiwanis Club is responsible to manage both the Live and Silent Auctions. Manager is responsible for setting up the physical facilities displaying the prizes. Others use a master list of sponsors and other sources to develop a final list of sponsors to be solicited. Letters are sent to each prospective sponsor explaining our program and asking for their help to provide an item to auction. Raffle Tickets are printed and distributed to each Kiwanian to sell about six weeks prior to the auctions.
